Good thing I picked up a graphics card upgraded iMac instead of waiting :p
A bit disappointing in my opinion. If this happened a few weeks ago, it'd be nice but such a long delay - for what? I would also like to see those MBPs benchmarked.
Much as I like how the MBP looks, and know that it's a good performer, the lack of a good (gaming) graphics card won't tempt me towards saving money for one of these. x1600's all right, but not really enough, especially for the next couple of years.

Apple today released iOS 4.3.2, bringing several minor fixes and improvements to Apple's operating system for mobile devices. The build number is 8H7 for the majority of devices, with the CDMA iPad 2 receiving Build 8H8. Remember once someone sells you something they can not tell you how you can use it. That like you buying a car and in the purchase agreement they tell you your not allow to wreck the car. Grant it, they do not have to warranty it after you wreck it, but if you want to wreck it, that is up to you.

Did Topolsky mention anything about that one cool feature....you know the one that makes little random spots of light bleed from the edges of the screen? Wondering if this quality feature made it from the new iPad to the new iPhone.

Ha sound like me...typical college student. I've been selling stuff and have returned about 4 things in the past week because they all sucked!
I don't think this is indicative of a college student. I think it's smart to return things that aren't suited for you. I can think of many people who shop for clothes, for example, and they sit around with the tags on until they're given away because they're too small, dated, etc. ;)

The audience here are the most toughest critics, but general public will appreciate the changes.
I personally see nothing wrong with making software look like a real thing. It's one of the most natural user interfaces because people know how to use books, paper, and folder tabs.
The problem with making iCal look like the real thing (in this case a leather bound calendar) is that brown leather bound calendars are hideous! :eek:
I can't believe that the same company that hires Jonathan Ives to design such sleek, 60s modern hardware, can show such incredibly "bling" taste on the GUI design front.

I'll stick to streaming audio AND video flawlessly off my own PC and have complete control and plenty of storage for free, using a $5 (one time charge) app. I see no benefits of the Apple cloud based scenario. But I can see huge disadvantages if Apple, in it's attempt to make money off this service, intentionally limits internal storage capacity in future devices.

If the button mechanism of the BT Mighty Mouse is identical to the original Mighty Mouse, I for one will not be getting it.
Since my most recent Mac purchase came with a Mighty Mouse, I tried it - it sucked. To right click, you needed to have your finger off the left button long enough for the sensor under it to register you've removed your finger - even if you weren't pressing down.
If I was writing a reviw of the original Might Mouse, this is the headline I'd use:
Apple's [Not So] Mighty Mouse - The Mighty [Sucky] Mouse
This mighty mouse won't save anyone's day...

If I look at people with their iphones, i see like less than 5% using anything on their phones. And all of them use the Apple bumper on some iphone 4. I've seen hundreds of iphones in the wild, but I still have to see one non-bumper case in the wild.

Problem is the App Store. I don't think Apple thought about this in regards to the Mac App store having larger programs. Sure the iOS App store is easy....most apps are small.
