Something just happened in the stats, we got a big jump and many teams too. Yet I don't think this is the whole catch up as we still miss points as a team and I still miss a big unit...

Huh, I notice "Wireless keyboard and mouse" is no longer an option for BTO iMac... thats odd. You'd think they'd at least keep the regular bluetooth mouse there until they figure out what to charge for the BTO bluetooth MM.

Sigh, I'm getting the distinct impression that iCal is going to add a bunch of new features and not fix many of the usability problems it already has now. For instance, there is no way to shift several events in time simultaneously, you have to change each one individually. Another is that when you select several events from different calendars and copy and paste them they all turn into the same calendar category.
There are many more problems like these, but I've seen no mention in the preview reports that iCal has done anything to refine the existing features, only that new features are being added. If anyone with a preview can inform me of the contrary I'd be quite happy to hear it.

I guess I have the opposite view of this since I will buy from iTunes as long as they continue to provide a lossless format--and Amazon provides only a lossy format. That is more important to me than a slight price difference. AAC plays on anything I need to play it on--and it could be converted to another lossless format such as FLAC if you really wanted to get out from under Apple's proprietary format. I am also a huge Amazon fan and a Prime member and buy a lot of stuff from them--but not MP3s.
I don't want to burst your bubble but Apple sell their tracks in a lossy format. Apple's format for iTunes purcases is a different beast to Flac.

It'll be a pathetic excuse for a cloud if it'll only stream in the US (which if they continue with this 1 datacenter model will be the case). Amazon will beat them here, hands down. Have you seen how many datacenters they have?

Also, the point of the cloud is redundancy. What happens WHEN the 1 datacenter goes down (e.g power problems, network problems, natural disasters, etc)? Apple's will be wiped out in one move, Amazon just fail over to another DC location.

i wonder how you click, or make a selection. it would be pointless if you could scroll wothout touching the screen, but had to touch it in order to click on the scroll wheel.
Yeah, that is a good question. It would seem to be a very touchy thing to differentiate scrolling from clicking the buttons. Maybe they'll move back to the 3G interface with the separate buttons. It seems that it might feel a bit awkward to me to not receive any tactile feed back.
I'm excited to see what Apple comes up with.

Well, we can only hope that they've been a bit more sufficiently tested. Also, if the enclosure and internals haven't changed much, most of the issues should be out of the way. Yes, EVEREYTHING is a risk. :)
